I mean, who would ever have thought we'd have a Facebook and Instagram shutdown the way we did. If you do not have other avenues to communicate with your audience outside of social media, now is the time to make sure you do. I was reminded this week of how important this is, which really makes me want to remind you, as well. Here's the hard truth...you do not own any of your social media. If Facebook or Instagram were to go away permanently, HOW would you connect with your customers/audience? Let's talk about that.
